As I mentioned in my last blogpost, I have my students interview a manager as one of their class assignments. Obviously I cannot base the grades on how the managers' answer the questions so I have developed the following rubric that measures whether they followed directions, developed relevant questions, wrote a summary that ties the interview back to class topics, and edited the final paper.
